As of 2018, it was the 4th largest homebuilder in the United States.[2] The company built homes for more than 113,000 families during its 46-year history.[3] In February 2018, the company was acquired by Lennar Corporation. The company’s homes and target buyers varied widely. It operated in many of the largest housing markets in the country including California, Florida, Arizona, The Carolinas, Texas, Colorado, and Nevada.[1] The company developed subdivisions within urban metropolitan areas, as well as smaller groupings of new homes, and single homes such as rural ranch properties. Ch2M Hill
CH2M HILL Companies, Ltd., also known as CH2M, was an engineering company that provided consulting, design, construction, and operations services for corporations and governments. The company was organized in Delaware and headquartered at 9191 South Jamaica Street, Englewood, Colorado.[1] In December 2017, the company was acquired by Jacobs Engineering Group. The company played a major role in the Panama Canal expansion project.[2] The company developed, maintained and published its own method for managing projects for clients, called the CH2M Hill Project Delivery System.[3] The firm was named from the initials of its four founders.

Fluor
Fluor Corporation is an American multinational engineering and construction firm headquartered in Irving, Texas. It is a holding company that provides services through its subsidiaries in the following areas: oil and gas, industrial and infrastructure, government and power. It is the largest engineering & construction company in the Fortune 500 rankings and is listed as 164th overall.[2] Fluor was founded in 1912 by John Simon Fluor as Fluor Construction Company. It grew quickly, predominantly by building oil refineries, pipelines and other facilities for the oil and gas industry, at first in California, and then in the Middle East and globally. In the late 1960s, it began diversifying into oil drilling, coal mining and other raw materials like lead. A global recession in the oil and gas industry and losses from its mining operation led to restructuring and layoffs in the 1980s. Fluor sold its oil operations and diversified its construction work into a broader range of services and industries. In the 1990s, Fluor introduced new services like equipment rentals and staffing. Nuclear waste cleanup projects and other environmental work became a significant portion of Fluor’s revenues. The company also did projects related to the Manhattan Project, rebuilding after the Iraq War, recovering from Hurricane Katrina and building the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System.

Its worldwide annual revenue reached nearly $15 billion in the 2018 fiscal year. Jacobs is ranked No. 1 on both Engineering News-Record (ENR)’s 2018 Top 500 Design Firms and Trenchless Technologys 2018 Top 50 Trenchless Engineering Firms.
Lennar
Lennar Corporation is a home construction and real estate company based in Miami, Florida. In 2017 the company was the largest home construction company in the United States after its purchase of CalAtlantic Homes. The company is ranked 230th on the Fortune 500 as of 2018. The company operates in 21 states[4] and owns Rialto Capital Management, the sponsor of six private equity funds that invest in real estate and an originator commercial mortgage loans for securitization. The company also developed and retains ownership interests in 53 apartment communities. The name Lennar is a portmanteau of the first names of two of the company’s founders, Leonard Miller and Arnold Rosen.
